Working in healthcare management, I saw first hand how teams were burdened by endless paperwork, complex regulations, and conflicting guidance. Navigating hundreds of pages of rules and recommendations was exhausting - particularly challenging with dyslexia - and I realised how much precious time was being lost across the country on duplicating the effort of deciphering standards, rather than focusing on quality care.
Determined to find a better solution, I perfected a process called Compliance Atomisation: breaking down complicated regulatory data into clear, manageable steps in a unique way so that anyone could follow. This proprietary approach provided clarity and transformed overwhelming complexity into straightforward, actionable tasks.
